immigration_alyssa-nguyenMs. Nguyen (“win”) is a cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law.  She has over 20 years of legal experience.  Ms. Nguyen’s legal experiences includes working for a Senior Judge, providing the Judge with recommendations on how to rule on complex civil litigation cases, working as an attorney and paralegal for two prestigious law firms: for the government as a prosecutor and for one of the country’s largest banks as an Assistant Vice President.

Ms. Nguyen focuses her practice on immigration law.  However because immigration law, criminal law, and family law are often inexplicably intertwined areas of the law, she often represents clients on family and criminal law matters due to serious potential immigration consequences for the client.
